1. Overview

ReviewMiner ("Software", "Service") is a digital browser extension and software tool provided by Intelijans. By purchasing or using ReviewMiner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Software License

Upon purchase of a ReviewMiner license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal or commercial analysis of publicly available product reviews.

3. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and returns regarding order processing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the binary license keys or underlying software code without explicit written authorization.
